Video CE Purchase Terms

Video CE purchases are intended for licensed insurance professionals who are selecting courses for Oklahoma CE credit.

  • Students are responsible for entering accurate student information, including the student name, student email, and National Producer Number when requested.
  • Students should review their official CE transcript and renewal requirements before choosing courses or using a bundle.
  • Website bundle instructions are provided only after payment is completed or Bricker has created a paid-equivalent administrative record.
  • Individual Video CE course access, login, course completion, certificates, and course-specific checkout may be handled through DigitalChalk.

DigitalChalk Access And Coupon Use

The 24-hour Video CE bundle is fulfilled through DigitalChalk using Bricker's configured bundle coupon process.

  • After a completed website bundle purchase, the student receives bundle instructions and the current DigitalChalk coupon code on the confirmation page and by email.
  • The bundle coupon is intended for the current Bricker Video CE catalog and should be used by the student identified during purchase.
  • The bundle is not a preset course package. Students choose their own mix of current Video CE courses, subject to Oklahoma CE rules and their own transcript needs.
  • DigitalChalk controls account login, course access, course progress, course certificates, and coupon redemption inside the learning platform.
  • If the coupon, instructions, or DigitalChalk access do not work as expected, contact Bricker support before making a second purchase.

Video CE Refunds

Video CE purchases are fully refundable as long as the student has not started the course or courses involved.

  • An individual Video CE course is fully refundable if the student has not started that course.
  • If the student has started an individual Video CE course, no refund is available for that course.
  • A Video CE bundle is fully refundable if the student has not started any course in the bundle.
  • If the student has started or completed one or more courses in a bundle, the refund is pro-rated. The refund amount is the bundle purchase price minus the individual cost of each course started or completed.
  • If all bundle courses have been started or completed, no bundle refund remains available.
  • Do not start a second purchase to fix a payment or access issue until Bricker support has reviewed the first transaction.

Live Seminar Cancellations, Transfers, And Day Changes

Live seminar registrations may be transferred or rescheduled without a fee, and cancellations received before the seminar starts are eligible for a full refund.

  • Registration is tied to the attendee information entered during checkout or administrative registration, including the attendee name, email, and National Producer Number.
  • Cancellations must be received before the seminar starts for a full refund of the canceled seminar day or days.
  • Seminar registrations may be transferred or rescheduled to an alternate seminar for the same student at any time, subject to available seats.
  • Seminar registrations may also be transferred to another person at any time, subject to accurate attendee information and available seats.
  • There are no fees for seminar cancellation, same-seminar day changes, rescheduling, or transfer of registration.
  • Contact Bricker support as soon as possible if plans change so the roster, seat count, reminders, payment record, and CE reporting record can be updated accurately.

No-Show Policy

Live seminar credit depends on actual attendance and the attendee being recorded on the roster.

  • A registered attendee who does not attend a seminar day cannot receive CE credit for that day.
  • If an attendee misses a seminar day or an emergency prevents attendance, contact Bricker support as soon as practical to review available options.

Weather, Emergency, And Venue Changes

Bricker may need to modify a seminar when weather, venue, instructor, emergency, or operational issues affect the scheduled program.

  • If Bricker changes, cancels, or relocates a seminar, Bricker will use the attendee email and contact information on the registration to provide available updates.
  • If Bricker cancels a seminar, registered students will be offered a full refund, transfer to another seminar, or transfer to Video CE courses totaling the same number of credit hours as the seminar registration.
  • There are no Bricker fees when Bricker cancels, moves, or transfers a seminar registration because of weather, emergency, venue, instructor, or operational issues.
  • Students should monitor their confirmation email, reminder email, and any direct communication from Bricker before traveling to a seminar.
  • Seminars are held at hotels or other third-party venues. Those venues control their buildings, parking, entrances, restrooms, meeting rooms, and on-site guest services.
  • For physical accessibility or venue-specific questions, contact the venue directly as well as Bricker support when needed.

Payment Processing

Website checkout accepts credit/debit card and PayPal. DigitalChalk course purchases may be processed through Stripe.

  • Bricker accepts credit/debit card and PayPal through website checkout.
  • Bricker does not store full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or PayPal login credentials.
  • Payment receipts may come from PayPal or Stripe, depending on the product purchased.
  • Bricker sends bundle instructions, seminar confirmations, and support follow-up to the student or attendee email entered during the Bricker registration flow.
  • If PayPal or another payment provider shows a completed payment but the Bricker confirmation is missing, contact Bricker support before attempting another purchase.

CE Reporting Timing

Bricker submits completed Oklahoma CE electronically, but the official CE transcript remains the record students should rely on for renewal.

  • Completed Video CE credit is reported the next business day after course completion.
  • Live seminar credit is posted the next business day following the conclusion of the seminar.
  • Weekends, holidays, system availability, incorrect student information, and regulatory or third-party processing issues may affect timing.
  • Students remain responsible for checking their official CE transcript and completing license renewal steps before the renewal deadline.
  • If credit does not appear as expected, contact Bricker support with the student name, email, National Producer Number, course or seminar details, and completion or attendance date.

Support Contact

The fastest support starts by phone, and written requests should include the details needed to locate the correct registration, payment, course, or seminar record.

  • For fastest support, call Bricker at 877-701-5166.
  • For written course access, payment, transcript, certificate, or seminar questions, use the Contact page or email support@bricker-education.com.
  • Include the student or attendee name, student email, National Producer Number if available, course or seminar involved, payment date if relevant, and renewal deadline if timing matters.
  • Transcript-review requests should use the dedicated transcript review form so Bricker has the information needed to identify training gaps.

These policies work together with Bricker's Privacy Policy and Accessibility Statement.

  • Bricker maintains limited operational records needed to provide CE services, support students, process registrations, and maintain business records.
  • Bricker does not maintain public offices or a public customer counter.
  • For privacy questions, review the Privacy Policy and contact Bricker support if you need to ask about information you provided.
