Accessibility Statement

We want Bricker Insurance Education to be usable by all customers.

This page explains our accessibility goal, current efforts, known third-party dependencies, and how to request help if you have trouble using the website.

Accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical reference for improving website accessibility. Our accessibility target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable for our website and services.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. As our site, forms, checkout and payment flows, DigitalChalk links, and business systems evolve, we expect to review and improve accessibility.

What we are doing

  • Use clear page structure, headings, labels, link text, and navigation patterns.
  • Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements wherever practical.
  • Maintain readable color contrast, responsive layouts, and legible text sizing.
  • Provide text alternatives or empty decorative alt text for images as appropriate.
  • Use form labels, visible focus styles, and clear error/help text for website forms.
  • Test core customer paths on modern desktop and mobile browsers and address issues identified during review.

Third-party services and linked websites

Some customer paths may involve third-party services, linked websites, or physical seminar venues. We do not fully control those platforms or facilities, but we want customers to be able to complete the course, registration, or support task. These may include:

  • PayPal or other payment processors used for checkout and payment confirmation.
  • DigitalChalk or other learning-management systems used for Video CE login, course access, account creation, certificates, and coupon redemption.
  • Hotels, meeting facilities, or other seminar venues that control physical access to parking, entrances, restrooms, meeting rooms, and guest services.
  • Browser, device, operating-system, and assistive-technology combinations outside our direct control.

If a third-party tool prevents you from completing a course purchase, seminar registration, login, coupon redemption, transcript review request, or support request, contact us and we will work with you on a practical alternative. For physical access questions about a hotel or seminar venue, contact the venue directly as well, because the venue controls its building, parking, entrances, restrooms, meeting rooms, and on-site guest services.

Requesting help or reporting a problem

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, please contact us. Include the page or feature involved, the problem you experienced, the device/browser or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it, and the best way to reach you.

Alternative assistance

If an accessibility issue prevents you from using a website feature, we can assist by phone or email where practical. This may include help identifying CE options, answering renewal questions, receiving a transcript-review request, discussing a seminar registration, or directing you to the correct Video CE support path. For seminar venue accommodations, the hotel or facility may need to handle physical access requests directly.

Ongoing improvement

We expect to review accessibility as part of website updates, form development, checkout changes, DigitalChalk integration, state expansion, and content updates. Customer feedback helps us identify issues that automated checks or routine testing may miss.
