Michael Bricker brings a broad professional background to insurance education: military leadership, field recruiting and agent development, captive and independent agency experience, graduate business education, professional designations, public speaking, and association leadership.
His teaching style reflects that mix. Courses are organized, practical, and built to connect CE requirements to the legal, regulatory, economic, technological, and customer changes reshaping the insurance industry.

U.S. Navy
Leadership, operations, and training
Michael served in the U.S. Navy beginning in 1987, with leadership responsibilities in operations intelligence, allied-unit training coordination, and Naval Reserve officer training.
Insurance Field Work
Agency development and ownership
After joining Farmers Insurance Group in 1994, Michael helped recruit and train new agents before founding Bricker Insurance & Financial Services and later co-founding Omnia Insurance Group.

MBA, LUTCF, CLI
Michael completed graduate school with an MBA and earned LUTCF and CLI professional designations. He was also selected from among 14,500 agents and district managers to receive Farmers Insurance Group's John Edward Hutton Award for scholarship, achievement, and educational leadership.

In 2003, Michael founded Bricker Insurance Education to focus on results-oriented professional training and continuing education for insurance and financial services professionals, including insurance license, FINRA Series 6/63, and CFPTM certification exam preparation courses.

Michael has remained involved in the professional community through association leadership, industry service, education programs, and volunteer work connected to financial literacy and community support.

Michael is the proud father of two sons. Away from the classroom, he is drawn to physical challenge and exploration, including Tough Mudder races, rappelling, and scuba diving as a Master Scuba Diver.
