Can I reschedule, transfer or cancel a classroom course enrollment?
You may transfer your registration to any of our 12 training locations located throughout Oklahoma or to another student at any time with absolutely no fees. If you must cancel your registration, please contact us at least 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the scheduled training and receive a 100% refund. Due to our catering and facility agreements, cancellation requests received after this deadline but before the end of the scheduled class will be processed less a 15% cancellation fee. After the conclusion of class, enrollments may only be rescheduled or transferred to another student.
Can I register and pay the day of training?
So that we can ensure adequate seating, training materials and meals for all students, advance registration is required. However, if you require special payment or billing arrangements, please call us at 877.701.5166 or email Customer Service as we will always strive to accommodate our student's unique circumstances.
What if I arrive late or need to leave early from a continuing education course?
Insurance regulations require that students must attend the entire course to receive CE credit. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions. However, if circumstances require you to miss all or part of a class, we will be glad to transfer your registration for the missed class to another location at no cost.
Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
You will only need to bring your insurance license number on the day of class. The instructor will provide training handouts and notetaking supplies including pens and highlighters.
